NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Titans improved to 5-0 on the season with a 19-10 road win over the Raiders on Sunday at the Raiders' home field. Tennessee extended its division lead to 2-0 under head coach Jose Wilson, while the Raiders fell to 1-4 and remain last place in the division.

The Titans took control early thanks to consistent scoring from kicker John Kerr, who converted four field goals on four attempts, connecting from distances of 49, 38, 41, and 40 yards. Kerr’s reliable leg helped Nashville build an early 13-0 halftime lead.

Tennessee’s lone touchdown came in the second quarter on a short pass from Phillip Richardson to William Bishop, who reached the end zone from eight yards out. Bishop also made significant contributions on the ground, rushing for 81 yards and a touchdown along with 27 receiving yards.

The Titans dominated the ground game, accumulating 202 rushing yards on 42 carries, led by Bishop and David Debnam, who posted 92 rushing yards and added 9 receiving yards. Richardson completed all 14 of his passes for 155 yards and the touchdown.

Defensively, Tennessee sacked Raiders quarterback Johnny Vasquez twice and limited the home team to just 147 passing yards. The Raiders' forcing of three fumbles and recovering two contrasted with the Titans, who did not force a turnover. Despite this, the Raiders were unable to capitalize fully on possession opportunities.

The Raiders' offense struggled to sustain drives and convert in critical moments, going 0-for-0 on third down. Their lone touchdown came on a rushing score by wide receiver Felix Cornelison, accounting for one of their 96 rushing yards. Kicker Eric Mink contributed a single 43-yard field goal on two attempts.

Penalty issues for the Titans resulted in six infractions costing 43 yards, compared to three penalties for the Raiders for 30 yards. Both teams avoided interceptions, ending with zero picks.

The Titans maintained offensive efficiency despite not visiting the red zone with scoring touchdowns, relying on field goals and a key passing touchdown to secure the win. The result keeps Tennessee undefeated and atop the division standings, while the Raiders remain in a slump with four straight losses.

Tennessee’s win solidifies their position as the division frontrunner at Week 5 and continues their momentum heading deeper into the regular season.
