Thx Grandad. I never expected to reach the play offs and the following title as I am restructuring the team due to financial problems. I hired only lowest level FAs, but somehow it worked.

roster is a lower % of a teams capability compared to play selection/gameplan and positioning. You are one of several who consistently win and compete for the championship with all your teams/leagues. :)
