The ratings mean nothing, take a look at my OC and DC, both rated in the 40s. Wish it were different and the coaches ratings had more influence on the game, but they dont, so dont waste any time thinking you're improving your coaching staff with higher rated coaches. Now I just pick names that I like if I have to replace a coach.
